Stress is a constant in our daily lives and can influence our overall health and well being.
Elevated stress levels over time can create imbalances, resulting in our bodies functioning at
sub-optimal levels or disease. The application of medicinal oils combined with AromaTouch
techniques work to restore the balance of the body
What is AromaTouch?
The AromaTouch Technique is a clinical approach to applying essential oils to meridian and
energy zones along the back and to the feet in order to bring about
balance to the nervous systems of the body. This is not a
massage, but a light touch application of doTERRA’s Certified Pure
Therapeutic Grade essential oils.
How Does it Work?
Each essential oil has been selected considering its unique
aromatic and healing properties as well as the properties they
exhibit when combined. The unique scent created by their
combined properties was developed to be soothing, restorative, light and pleasant to the
senses. The application through a light purposeful touch soothes the nervous system creating a
deep state of calm and rest. In this deep state of deep relaxation, the body is better enabled to
heal. The AromaTouch technique creates a sense of balance in multiple body systems, calms
emotions, relaxes muscles, stimulates immunity, elevates circulation, supports healthy
inflammatory responses and creates a sense of well being.
What to Expect:
Much like a massage, an AromaTouch Technique begins lying face
down on a massage table. The practitioner will gently place their
hands on your back and feet during the session. Most people feel
a very deep sense of relaxation and may even drift off into a light
sleep but leave the experience feeling fresh and renewed. A
session usually lasts around 45 minutes.
What is the cost?
The cost of a 45 minutes session is $50
